Note: Perform at your own risk
To remove the front fender vents you will need:
-3M Double Sided Automotive Tape
-3M Painters Tape
-Fishing Line
-Panel Pry Tool
-Adhesive Remover
Start by applying 3M painters tape around the trim panel on the fender. This helps guard the paint from any unwanted scratches or marring.
Using a thin fishing line, pull around the inside edge of the trim to cut the 3M tape holding the trim to the fender.
Using a panel pry tool too lift the edge of the panel as the fishing line cuts the 3M tape can aid in removal.
Once all the 3M tape is cut to allow separation of the trim to panel, starting at the rear of the panel pry it out, away from the vehicle.
Shown above, you will see the panel has two aligning holes to seat in when installed.
Note: Passengers side covers the access area for the windshield washer fluid motor and connector.
Once the panel is removed, clean and remove old 3M tape with a adhesive remover and reinstall with new 3M tape.
Hope this helps someone!
